Marjie's Gluten Free Pantry Food Co-op is a cooperatively-owned business committed to supporting our community by:

The Co-op's merchandising goal is to buy and sell foods and products of high nutritional value. We endeavor to provide natural products and information about healthy choices. We respect diverse opinions about what is healthy and provide a variety of educational information about nutrition and health.

The Co-op sells foods free from synthetic additives or processing. We will not knowingly sell products containing artificial preservatives, hydrogenated oils, trans fats, artificial flavorings and coloring, antibiotics, and hormones.

Products
A wide variety of products are offered through the co-op, including frozen foods, dairy and perishables, grocery products, cleaning products, pet products, personal care and supplements.

Our co-op orders from UNITED FOODS arrive via truck every Friday. The truck is unloaded and the products are sorted for distribution to the members.

UNITED also offers monthly specials averaging 10% to 40% off selected products. Sale and regular prices are listed in a optional monthly Price Guide or on-line at your order web site. To browse through all available products, visit the United Buying Clubs website.

Ordering
Once you are a member, you can place your order online using our fill-in .PDF Order Form, email the form back to us at or bring your completed order form into the store. To save the form on your computer, open it online and then right click on the form - use the "save as" option and then select the location on your PC (remember where you saved it!).

- orders are due on Saturday by 3pm
- pick-up is on Friday after 12pm

Shares
Most items offered come in case lots and you will be expected to take the entire case. We are working on a new system for sharing products and will post details soon.

Membership requires:
- A one-time $35 membership fee
- 12% fee on each order (includes a 2% fuel surcharge)
- Opportunity to partake in bulk ordering for direct vendor sales
- Purchase of annual catalog available ($1.50) or you can look up items online.

To become a member, complete our online .pdf application form or ask for one at the store.  Bring your completed application into the store on your next visit. 

Sami's Bakery Gluten Free Bread
We now carry wonderful gluten free bread, bagels, crackers, lavash, pizza crust, and buns made in Tampa, Florida from millet and brown rice by Sami's Bakery!  These products are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, and yeast. This is the best gluten free bread in our opinion, and trust us when we say we have tried a lot of different GF breads.

We will have limited quantities available in the store for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Co-op members can place preorders for Sami's Bakery products.  Preordering for Sami's Bakery is a benefit of co-op membership. You can use our online bread order form and email your order or bring it into the store. These prices reflect the discounted rate for co-op members. Shipping charges are already included in these prices.

Dead line for Sami's Bakery orders is Saturday at 3pm. Bread delivery is usually on Friday afternoon vis UPS. 

It is appreciated that you prepay for your order. These products come to the store freshly baked so it is recommended that you pick up your orders within a few days of arrival because we do not have space to refrigerator your order. These products do freeze well if you decided to order extra.
